Neil St. Clair
President and COO of Timeless Media and the Karma Network.
Prior to Timeless, Neil was an on-air correspondent for NY1, a columnist for Forbes, a four-time startup founder, and a senior executive in the investment and artificial intelligence spaces. Neil earned degrees from Boston University and attended graduate school at Yale University.
Mark Dilion
CTO Timeless Media and the Karma Network.
Mark has served as co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for several innovative and successful companies, most notably Ring (ring.com), which was recently acquired by Amazon.com INC for more than $1 billion. Prior to Ring, Mark was co-founder and CTO of PhoneTag, which was acquired by Ditech Networks for $17 million, and later by Nuance Communications for $22.5 million. Before entering his startup career, Mark worked as a senior software engineer working for several companies, including Intralinks and CMGI, specializing primarily in secure document management and delivery.
Cynthia Dalagelis
CMO of Timeless Media and the Karma Network.
With a decade of digital communications and marketing experience, Cynthia Dalagelis has a fascination with human understanding. She enjoys seeing how people interact with their environment and observing how to better engage with them digitally to fulfill their needs. Currently, she heads the Timeless entity Whisper Mob, a data-driven marketing agency responsible for strategic growth for the Karma Network and all Timeless entities.
Sanford Climan
Founder and CEO of Timeless Media and the Karma Network.
Sandy Climan is President of Entertainment Media Ventures, which he founded in 1999. He previously served as part of the senior management at Creative Artists Agency for 12 years, and was the founder of CAA’s corporate practice. Sandy has held senior executive roles across the entertainment industry.
Mr. Climan is also actively engaged in creating ventures in the areas of health and wellness. He launched sleep data company SleepScore Labs in 2016, has served on the Advisory Committee to the Director of the CDC and serves on the board of the UCLA Longevity Center. Mr. Climan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an M.S in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard T.H.Chan School of Public Health.
